PURPOSE:To reduce size and weight, noise and number of parts by using a piezoelectric element as a drive source, and enlarging the displacement by a mechanical amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Since one terminal of a piezoelectric element 6 is secured to the inner surface of the U-shaped bottom wall of a frame 5 when a voltage is applied to the element 6, a force is generated in a direction of an arrow to press the basis axis 7C of a mechanical amplifier 7. At this time, when the element 10 employs, for example, 2X10X20mm<3>, the displacement becomes 10mum. This displacement is transmitted to the amplifier 7 to enlarge the displace ment to displace the displacement transmitting arm 8 in the direction of an arrow. Thus, the displacement is accurate, noise is low, and drive control is ready. |
