PURPOSE:To obtain a high diagnosing rate, by adding a diagnosing latch circuit and a light leading control circuit for diagnostic data to an FF. CONSTITUTION:A combination circuit is divided into combination circuits 4, 5 and 6 with FFs 1', 2' and 3' with a diagnosing function as boundaries, FFs 1', 2' and 3' are made up of an MF section composing the FFs and an SF section composing a diagnosing latch circuit. In the writing mode, the writing signal 8-1 is kept at 1 level for a fixed time to transfer a diagnosing data to a bus line 17-1. For reading, the reading signal 9-1 is kept at 1 level for a fixed time to transfer data to the bus line 17-1. |
