PURPOSE:To make possible stable and continuous operation by providing a screw type die which revolvse with a power system separated from a screw shaft and controlling the revolutions of a drum and a die on the basis of the inner pressure of a pressing device and the loads of a screw shaft and a die shaft. CONSTITUTION:The screw type die is provided at the discharge part of cylindrical filter 4 of a screw press and driven by a die driving part 14 separated from a screw main shaft driving part 13. Torque or thrust load detectors 15, 16 are installed on a screw shaft 3a and a die shaft 5a respectively and the output edge is connected with a control device 12 to control the revolutions of a screw drum 3 and a die 5 according to the change of the torque and the thrust. Otherwise, a pressure detecting element is installed on the cylindrical filter 4 to control the revolution. By this method, the clogging of a discharged cake and the breaking of the drum 4 are prevented and the stable and continuous driving of the device can be carried out. |
