PURPOSE:To contrive to improve productivity, to miniaturize and lighten the titled device by a method wherein the primary coil-bobbin is united the secondary coil-bobbin in one body and the primary coil which has been wound previously is mounted thereon. CONSTITUTION:A coil-bobbin 1 is united a cylindrical primary coil-bobbin section 1a and the secondary coil-bobbin section 1b which is formed as an external concentric cylinder of the said bobbin in one body by a connecting section 1c at the end of the same side. By this fact, a cylindrical opening section 1d is formed between the bobbin section 1a and the bobbin section 1b, and the primary coil, which has been formed winding previously, is inserted to the opening section 1d. Many grooves if are formed to the outside surrounding of the bobbin section 1b and the secondary coil is subjected to device winding into the grooves 1f. As the bobbin 1 is made one body in such a manner, the parts number gets off with few quantity, by the reason of this fact, highproductivity is obtained and it is easy to miniaturize as a whole. |
