<p>PURPOSE:To secure such a body panel as being excellent in vibro-controllability so easily in making full use of sand large in a vibro-controlling effect, by forming a mixture the sand and a tackifier into a molding body, while heating this molding body inside the specified space, and making the sand into come into separateness with adhesive force in the tackifier weakened to some extent. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing, first of all, a mixture of sand 2 and a low melting point tackifier 3 of paraffin or the like making this sand 2 tackier is poured into a cavity 1A of a metal mold 1, and this mixture is heated, producing a molding body 5 in the specified form. On the other hand, a frame body 6 consisting of a thermal-fusion adhesive material of thermalplastic synthetic resin or te like is formed, and this frame body 6 is fusion-welded on the surface of a body panel 7. Next, the molding body 5 is fitted inside the frame body 6, and a covering material 8 is superposed on the top of the molding body 5. And, a coating film of this covering material 8 is dried up by heating, while the frame body 6 is fusion-welded to the covering material 8. In addition, the low melting point tackifier 3 of the molding body 5 is melted to some extent, weakening adhisive force of the tackifier 3, thus the body panel 7 having sealed the separated sand 2 in an empty space 9 is produced.</p> |
