PURPOSE:To prevent a man always effectively from getting quantitative electrostatic shock by forming a high electric resisting route in such a manner that a plate is incorporated into a key cylinder of a car and is covered with insulator leaving one spot uncovered so as to be touched by a man. CONSTITUTION:A key cylinder 1 is allowed to be electrically contacted with a plate 2, and then is bonded to a car frame with a double side tape 3. Here, the plate 2 is made of a conductive material provided with a specified range of resistance value. And the surface of the plate 2, that is, the conductive material is exposed from the touching surface 5 which can be touched by a man, and the surface except the touching surface 5 is covered with a part 6 made of an insulator. In case that the plate 5 is touched by a man, that is, an electrically charged body, the electric charge is released to the car frame earth through the plate 2 and the key cylinder 1. This enable the electric charge accumulated in a man's body to be released compeletly without any shock preventing a man from being shocked even if he touches other earthing device. |
