PURPOSE:To supply a stable memory throughput to an input/output control device by processing starting from the request which can be processed without restructing a request processing to a receiving sequence from a memory access requesting party. CONSTITUTION:A memory access request from an input output control device 2, etc., is received at a request receiving circuit 20, and sent through a request selecting circuit 22 to a request processing circuit 24. The request is sent through a buffer memory 25 to a reply data selecting circuit 27. When the necessary data are not on the memory 25, access is executed through a main memory access control circuit 26 to a main memory device 4 and reading data 50 are sent to the circuit 27. A reply processing part 12 sends the data received from the memory 25 or the device 4 to a memory access requesting party in the received sequence. In such a case, processing is not limited to a request receiving sequence and at a request processing part 11, processing is attained starting from the request which can be processed. Thus, a stable memory throughput can be supplied to an input output control device 2. |
