PURPOSE:To facilitate the removing operation of a seal member and cause manufacturing cost to be less expensive by a method wherein the seal portion of a seal member is formed by a cylindrical soft resin and a fixing part is formed by a hard resin and they are integrally formed to each other. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical rotary type heat exchanger 8, a center of rotation is arranged at a partition part 9 between the gas supplying passage 4 and the discharging passage 7 and the supplied gas flow flowing in the passage 4 and the discharging flow flowing in the passage 7 are flowed in the device. A seal member 10 contacted with the heat exchanger 8 and separating the supplied gas and the discharging flow is arranged at the partition part 9 and at the same time contacted with the outer circumference of the heat exchanger 8 and the seal member 13 in which the gas suppling flow and the discharging flow are passed through the heat exchanger 8 is arranged in the main body 1. The seal members 10 and 13 are made such that a contat part with the heat exchanger 8 is formed by a soft resin, the partition part 9 and the main body fixing part are of a solid resin and integrally formed as a substantial L-shape and the soft resin is formed as a cylinder. As a result, a repair and inspection of the seal member are facilitated and manufacturing cost is reduced. |
