PURPOSE:To produce a metal foil-clad laminate supressing migration of silver, by setting surface base materials impregnated with a benzotriazole-containing resin on both sides of an intermediate substrate impregnated with a thermosetting resin, subjecting the base materials and the substrate to laminate molding. CONSTITUTION:Both the surfaces of an intermediate substrate layer impregnated with a thermosetting resin are sandwiched in between surface base material layers impregnated with the same resin as the thermosetting resin, to which 1,2,3-trizole is added, or with another resin having adhesiveness to the resin, and subjected to laminate molding. A phenolic resin, epoxy resin, etc. is used as the thermosetting resin and the amount of benzotriazole added is 0.03-3wt%. |
