PURPOSE:To eliminate the booster of flywheel device rear stage by providing a middle tap in a winding for forming a generator motor. CONSTITUTION:A low voltage is supplied from an inverter 11 between the middle taps us-wa of windings 12u-12w of a stator winding 12 for forming a generator motor 12a, and a flywheel unit P is operated at a constant speed. On the other hand, the output of a commercial power souce 2 is output through a rectifier 3, a smoothing condenser 4, an inverter 5 and a filter 6. If the power source 2 is interrupted, the inverter 11 is stopped, and a thyristor 13a of a rectifier 13 is conducted. Thus, a high voltage from between high voltage terminals of the windings 12u-12w is supplied through the rectifier 13 to the inverter 5. In this manner, a booster can be eliminated. |
