PURPOSE:To attain ease of demarcation of a fault of a power supply unit by recognizing a power unit in which a power alarm takes place and stopping a power supply unit disconnecting sequence at the pre-stage of the said power unit. CONSTITUTION:At normal power application, an application command is transmitted froma power supply controller UPC to each power supply unit in the order of power unit PWR1 PWR2 PWR3 PWR4 end of application. At dis- connection of power, a disconnection command is transmitted conversely from the power controller UPC in the order of application end signal interruption PWR4 interruption PWR3 interruption PWR2 interruption PWR1 interruption. If a power supply unit, e.g., PWR2 is in the state of alarm, the disconnection sequence is stopped in the order of aplication end signal interruption PWR4 interruption PWR3 interruption so as not to transmit the disconnection command to the power unit PWR2. Since the power supply unit PWR2 is not disconnected, whether an alarm detection circuit malfunctions or a voltage control circuit is faulty is discriminated by measuring the output voltage of the power supply unit PWR2. |
