The conveying device discharging the mouldings from the machine base of a plastics injection moulding machine comprises a conveyor belt (18) held by two drums (17), and a driving hydraulic motor. The stationary shafts of the drums (17) are mounted within a chassis which comprises a core arranged between the strands of the conveyor belt (18) and between the drums (17), and flanks (11) attached to the longitudinal sides of this core (10). The core (10) is connected so as to be pivotable and lockable via the flanks (11) and mounting plates (32) with a further conveying device which lifts the mouldings above the transport level of the discharging conveying device. This results in a constructionally and functionally simple unit which is independent of the machine base (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
