<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device for executing a control with a high accuracy by suppressing a tension variation caused by a disturbance, by constituting said device so that the tension control is executed by comparing a tension detecting value of a material to be rolled and a tension reference value, and also a deviation portion of a delay of the reference value and the detecting value is added as a compensation quantity. CONSTITUTION:In a tension control device of a material to be rolled 3 for adjusting a peripheral speed of a rolling roll 1 by detecting a tension of the material to be rolled 3 between the rolling rolls 1, 2, inputting its detecting value to the first control operator 6 together with a reference value from a tension reference setting device and comparing them, bringing its deviation portion to amplification or compensating operation, and controlling a speed control device 7 of a driving motor 8, a delay which has simulated a response delay of a system of said reference value is calculated by a delay operator 11, inputted to the second control operator 12 together with said tension detecting value and they are compared. When this deviation portion has exceeded a prescribed value, this deviation portion is multiplied by a control gain, and outputted to said speed control device 7 as a compensation quantity of said tension control system.</p> |
