Device characterised in that it comprises a pneumatic drive cylinder 9, of predetermined travel, intended to cause the control lever 8 to rotate and an overall drive air cylinder 4 intended to displace this drive cylinder 9 on a travel different from that of the pneumatic drive cylinder 9, which thereby allows the control lever 8 to be brought into and maintained in one of four control position stages. c.
