PURPOSE:To prevent a cell loss at the time of returning from an autonomous exchange processing action by providing a means for judging the presence or absence of a call and a means for judging conditions where autonomous exchange processing can be compatible with obtaining of the information for showing that there is no call. CONSTITUTION:A line processor (LPR)26 of a remote control exchange 2 detects troubles of a transmission line 4, etc., a switching device 22 activates a stand- alone device 23. At such a time, every subscriber of the exchange 2 can be connected by the action of the device 23 with respect to a new call occurrence. When the restoration of troubles is detected, the LPR26 informs a stand-alone processor (SPR)25, and starts the periodical monitoring of a memory 28. When all subscribers fall into idle, the LPR26 recognizes conditions where an autonomous exchange under processing is compatible with no call, opens a changeover switch 29 and informs a call processor CPR32 of a master station, whereby the LPR26 returns in a normal operation mode. |
