PURPOSE:To make it easy to manufacture a heat exchanger, as well as to decrease dispersion in the quality of products, by laminating unit materials of heat conductive plates on one side of which linear ribs are monolithically formed in series, having a specified distance from one another, and by circulating two kinds of fluid through parallel flow paths on each partitioning plate, which is alternately laid layer by layer at right angles to one another. CONSTITUTION:Linear ribs 3, made of synthetic resin as the fins and the reinforcement members of a heat exchanger, are monolithically formed on the whole surface on one side of a heat conductive plate 2, in the same direction having equal distance among them. A heat exchanger 1 of crossed type at right angles can be obtained by laminating those unit material plates 4 in such a manner that the side on which the ribs 3 are fitted is faced upward or downward, so that the direction of the ribs 3 is deviated off 90 deg. at every layer, and by bonding them. The primary air is circulated through a system of parallel flow path 5 in the same direction, and the secondary air is circulated through the parallel flow path 5 of another system. With such an arrangement, overall heat exchanging can be taken place between the primary air and the secondary air. |
