PURPOSE:To reduce electromagnetic noise without influence to other design factors and to obtain a stator having high performance by inserting wedges having a magnetic permeability higher than other slot wedges into slots of both ends disposed at both sides of stator teeth having large magnetic flux amount. CONSTITUTION:The frequency of harmonic magnetic flux which becomes a problem as an electromagnetic noise is decided from the resonance frequency of a support and structure such as a stator 1, a rotor 2 or a frame, and stator teeth 5 which particularly increases the frequency component are discovered. A magnetic wedge 9 which has a magnetic permeability higher than a nonmagnetic wedge 10 to be inserted into other slot opening end is inserted into the opening end of the slot 8 at both ends interposed at both sides of the teeth 6. thus, since the air gap magnetic flux of the teeth 6 reduces, the noise can be reduced by a simple work. |
