A direct transcription method has processes for 1) coating thin ultraviolet hardening paint on the substrate and draft manuscript by a knife coating machine, 2) putting the draft manuscript on the substrate by facing each coated side, 3) precise adhering with a heater or a pressing roller, 4) lighting to the opposite(e.g. transparent) side of the draft manuscript for a few seconds with high-pressure mercury lamp, 5) putting it into the alkali solution for 15-30 minute at 24-40≦̸C to remove the biscose on the draft manuscript, and washing out, 6) lighting again to harden the paint with high-pressure sodium lamp.
