PURPOSE:To conduct a dehydrating treatment on water contained in a dung with high removing rate without fear of clogging by contained long straws etc. in the dung, by feeding the dung of cattles to a rotating press body and the circumferential part of multiple revolving circular discs being intervened by a thin material. CONSTITUTION:Dung 20 of cattles stored in a hopper 1 is fed constantly at a fixed rate to the clearance betweem multiple revolving circular discs 3 and a pressing body 12 being rotated at its circumference and rollers 10, 13 etc. by the aid of feeding device 19 and passed there as being pressed by their rotary movements. Thus, the contained liquid is squeezed out and flown to the outside through an opening port 18 after being dropped down to a funnel 17 from the narrow spaces between rotating circular discs 3 and intervening thin textural material 8 made of such strings as nylon, teflon etc. Dung is scraped out by a scraper 16 while being reduced on its water content. In this case, while the circular discs 3 being revolved, the thin material 8 is at a standstill as it being tensed by both axis 9 and forming a circular arc almost same with the curvature of an external circumference of the circular discs 3 along the range facing each other with the pressing body 12. Therefore, the dung is compressed to form a thin layer being pinched between the circumferential end surface of the circular discs 3 and an outer surface of the circular arc of the thin material 8 and dehydrated to form a highly compressed cake. |
