PURPOSE:To improve a life, sharpness and a precision of a blade cutting, action by sintering diamond abrasive particles into the slits of a blade with a bond so that an area filled with diamond particles and the remaining area of steel surface on the same circumference shows a ratio of one to one. CONSTITUTION:A blade 1, made of a thin steel plate containing approximately less than 0.3 of carbon, is provided with many square slits 2 on its rim intermittently in a radial manner. Further, slits are arranged in such manner as a discontinued part 2a radially 2 shifts from an adjacent discontinued part 2a in order that a length of slits 2, that is, a length of a portion filled with diamond particles, sintered by a bond (nickel alloy) is increased (the filled area and the steel plate area on the same circumference are in the ratio of one to one) without lessening the strength of the blade 1. In this fabric, slits 2 are formed through a pressing or an etching, discontinued parts 2a are shifted from adjacent parts 2a in order and both sides form edges. As a result, a sharp cutter of a long life, high accuracy in cutting action can be produced. |
