PURPOSE:To accelerate the discharge of liquid protein by sticking a covering disc which is perforated with an introduction port having the same diameter as a feed aperture to the stirring blades via the narrow clearance between the stirring blades and an upper cover, thereby comparting a stirring chamber and forming a discharge part to the lower part. CONSTITUTION:Powdery granular bodies are flowed on a chute 11 in the direction shown by an arrow P from a hopper outlet and dropped into a funnel 12 and reached onto a stirring disc 22. Water W using as raw material is flowed in the direction shown by an arrow W through a water feed pipe 13 and entered onto the stirring disc 22 via an introduction port 26a of a covering disc and scattered together with the powdery granular bodies P to the outer peripheral edges along the upper surface thereof by means of the impartment of centrifugal force. At this time, the powdery granular bodies P are sprayed in the inside of sirring chamber by receiving the action of plural curved stirring blades 25 and the dissolution of the bodies P into the raw water W is accelerated. One part of the bodies P is stuck to the lower end of straight cylinder part 12a of the funnel but removed by the introduction port 26a of the rotary covering disc and fed to a discharge part 3 of lower part. |
