PURPOSE:To break and remove excessive portion of concrete piles projected from the ground's surface by providing a hammer head having a tip portion of smaller cross section than the inside diameter of a pile and a rear end portion of larger cross section than the inside diameter of the pile to the lower end of the pile breaker to give the pile an impact force. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical fitting part 2 for hammer head 3 is provided coaxially with the axis of a pile breaker 1 on the lower end of the pile breaker 1. The hammer head 3 has a conical tip 3a and a columnar rear end. The cross section of the conical tip 3a is made smaller in maximum width than the inside diameter of concrete pile, and that of the rear end is made greater in minimum width than the inside diameter of the pile. Since the pile is pressed toward the outside of diametrical direction and broken, the pile can be effectively broken consecutively from the upper part to a given position. |
