<p>PURPOSE:To aim at reducing the air drag of a carrier vehicle and at enhancing the economy of fuel consumption, by having the shell plate of body of the carrier vehicle serve as a radiator to eliminate a radiator, a cooling fan and a fan motor. CONSTITUTION:Each of side skirts 1 used as the shell plate of a truck body is composed of panel-like radiators 2 having a suitable size for cooling a cooling water for an engine 4 disposed in a cab 3, and the panel-like radiators 2 are extended in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to form both side skirts of the body 5. Each panel-like radiator 2 is formed therein with a cooling water introduction opening 6 and a cooling water discharge opening 7 which are connected in parallel together, to a water feed pipd 8 and a water discharge pipe 9 from an engine 4 so that cooling water is led for circulation into the panel-like radiators 2.
