PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by incorporating a benzotriazole based substance with a benzophenone based substance, etc. and a hindered amine based substance in specific amounts, having remarkably improved weather resistance, and suitable for parts of electrical appliances, automobiles, etc. CONSTITUTION:A weather-resistant polyacetal resin composition obtained by incorporating a polyacetal with (A) 0.01-2wt%, preferably 0.02-1wt%, based on the total composition, one or more substances selected from the group consisting of benzotriazole based substances, benzophenone based substances and aromatic benzoate based substances, e.g. 2-(2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazole, and (B) 0.01-2wt%, preferably 0.02-1wt%, based on the total composition, one or more of hindered amine based substances, e.g. 4-acetoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine. |
