PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of soldering by allowing one amine of diamine into reaction with halogenoacid and another amine with an alcohol soluble material having a calboxyle group and combining obtd. materials. CONSTITUTION:One amine of ethylene diamine, ethylene diamine tetra-acetate is combined by reacting with halogen acid and the remaining another amine is combined by reacting with rosin and an alcohol soluble material, which has the calboxyle group of a rosin derivative. Combining both of amines of diamine by halogenoacid and a calboxyle group of rosin gives strong corrosive resistance, but gives inferior soldering property. However, combining each amine of diamine with an alcohol soluble material, which has a calboxyle group and halogenoacid respectively improves the soldering property and flux safety. |
