<p>PURPOSE:To contrive improving efficiency of manufacture and cooling efficiency of winding by providing a route of cooling medium inserting between unit windings a flexible insulation material laminated with belt type insulation materials on the way of winding. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin D is temporarily wound l1' of turns 1-6 with a conductor C, internal and external conductor positions are exchanged, a required flexible insulation material F is provided around the turn 4 and inside the turn 6 in parallel with the axis of winding and in a definite interval, then the turns 3-1 are wound and a unit winding l1 is made. The free end of the insulation material F is folded and on the side of the winding l1, turns 7-9 are wound and the insulation material F is returned and then turns 10-12 are wound and a unit winding l2 is completed. Then, a jig G is provided on the bobbin D and on the insulation material F, a temporary winding l31 of turns 15-13 is made through a temporary winding and an exchange. The insulation material F is folded and on the side of the jig G, turns 16-18 are temporarity wound and exchanged and a temporary winding l32 is made. The jig G is removed, the winding l32 is moved inside the winding l31 and a unit winding l3 is completed. The above-mentioned operation is repeated and a required number of windings are made whereby a route of cooling medium is simply formed and cooling efficiency is made also high.</p> |
