PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric motor which rotates at a high speed efficiently for obtaining a drive force by vibrating a piezoelectric unit by increasing the vibrating displacement generated to the unit specific times of the drive surface roughness. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric motor in which a vibration generated at a piezoelectric unit is transmitted to a stator (drive unit) to generate a drive force at a slider contacted with the stator, the vibration displacement generated at the unit is increased by 1.5 times or more of the surface roughness of the stator. Thus, since the magnitude of the amplitude increases larger than the surface roughness of the dynamic surface state time of the stator and the slider, they are contacted only near the crests of the amplitude to readly produce a peak speed. |
