PURPOSE:To eliminate a temperature dependency of an output voltage, and also to lower the minimum operating voltage by constituting a titled circuit so that currents of the second and the third resistance flow in a large quantity and in a small quantity by base currents of the first and the second transistors, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 15 is connected between bases of a transistor TR 13 and 14, and a resistor 16 and a resistor 17 are connected to one of each connecting point and the other, respectively. Therefore, a current I2 flowing through the resistor 16 becomes more by a base current of the TR 13 than a current I1 flowing through the resistor 17 becomes less by a base current of the TR 14 than the current I1 flowing through the resistor 15. In such a state, a term containing an emitter ground current amplification factor HFE of a transistor does not exist at all in an expression for showing an output voltage VREF of the circuit, and accordingly, the output voltage VREF is not influenced by the amplification factor HFE, and a temperature characteristic becomes stable remarkably against a temperature variation. |
