Immunoassay reagent for determn. of non-enzymatically glucosylated proteins and protein fragments in a biological fluid comprises anti(Amadori-rearranged glucose) and a labelled reagent capable of binding with it and comprising a detectable label. - (I) and their fragments, e.g. polypeptides, peptides and aminoacids in biological fluids such as human serum or plasma can be determined selectively, esp. for providing an index of glycaemia.
