<p>PURPOSE:To make uniform brightness in the front and the side by a method wherein the light other than direct light from among the light coming from a light source is irregularly reflected inside the resin by means of reflection surfaces each provided by projection at the bottom of a transparent capsule and at the bottom center, and is then reflected by means of the first reflection surface and the second reflection force. CONSTITUTION:A LED lead frame 15 with two or more LED chips 12 bonded to respective fixed points of a frame made of a conductive material is curved in such a manner that each of LED chips 12 and 13 is disposed in the same circumference at the same intervals. This LED lead frame 15 is encased in a spherical capsule 18 made of clear resin provided with an uneven plane 17 over the whole surface, thus positioning each LED chip 12, so that the light coming from the light source may be released out from the front and the side, and is fixed in this capsule with the clear resin. Next, a conical projection 21 provided with the first oblique reflection surface 20 by application of a reflection paint to the surface is arranged at the bottom center of this capsule 18, and the second reflection surface 22 is provided by applying the reflection paint to the bottom of this capsule 18.</p> |
