PURPOSE:To use efficiently a small-sized display pattern by inputting a circuit element with a symbol key and displaying a ladder circuit through the control of a controller in the unit section of the designated pattern to simplify and quickly the generation of the ladder circuit. CONSTITUTION:The display pattern of a ladder display device 25 consists of unit sections 250, 251, 252... displaying the circuit element. Segments (a)-(i) are provided in the unit section, e.g., the section 252. In depressing a symbol key 271 of a relay opening contact of a keyboard 20, the segments (a), (h), (i), (c) are lighted and when a symbol key 272 of a relay closing contact is depressed, the segments (a), (h), (i), (c), (f), (g) are lighted, and when a symbol key 273 of a jumper between rows, the segment (d) is lighted and the segment is lighted in response to the symbol key. Through the segment constitution above, the circuit element pattern for the jumper in the row and between the rows is generated without providing the section to connect the circuit element specially. |
