The invention refers to a device on a break-down lorry of the type that is equipped with a rear, lowerable support leg (5) and a turnable crane boom (1) around a horizontal axis (11) with a boom foot (2), folding boom (3) and stick (4). According to the invention the crane boom is set up on a roller path (7) or similar on the vehicle. The instrument (6) is set up in order to be able to turn the roller path and with it the crane boom around a vertical axis of rotation (16).
