PURPOSE:To obtain good hand rolled SUSHI (vinegared fish and rice), by carrying out the forming step of rice and the packaging step of the formed rice continuously to form and package the SUSHI sanitarily and accurately with rapidity. CONSTITUTION:Rice 4 is fed into a rice feeding frame 3 and a rolling sheet 2 forming a play for rolling hand rolled SUSHI (vinegared fish and rice), and ingredients 5 are placed thereon. A piece of laver 6 and a packaging moisture- proof film 7 are spread over the sheet 2 in front of the rice 4. A rolling roll 10 is revolved forward while pushing up the sheet 2 to roll up the rice 4, which is formed into a cylindrical shape. The roll 10 is further advanced and lifted to roll the rice 4 with the film 7, package and seal the rice 4 with a heater 22. |
