The beams 3 supporting a concrete slab 1 reinforced with a metal mesh 2 exhibit a series of recesses 4 in which the concrete 1 penetrates, which creates a longitudinal bond between the beams 3 and the slab 1-2 absorbing the shear forces exerted on the structure. The recesses 4 alternate on either side of each beam 3 and the relative longitudinal position of these beams is such that two neighbouring beams 3 have their recesses 4 which face each other alternating with recesses located back to back. <IMAGE>
