PURPOSE:Overcoating for lipstick not damaging color of lipstick, preventing adhesion of lipstick to tablewares, etc., having improved durability of makeup effect, no making profile of lipstick unclear with time, not causing spreading of color, comprising a component consisting essentially of powder blended with an oily component. CONSTITUTION:Overcoating comprising power blended with an oily component as a main component. The powder has especially a transparent feeling not to damage color of lipstick, making preferably a film of powder with a thin feeling during coating, inorganic powder such as talc, zinc white, kaolin, mica, etc. and organic powder such as nylon powder, polyethylene powder, etc. are used as the powder, and it can be blended with pearl pigment, coloring pigment, etc. For example, aliphatic hydrocarbon, animal or vegetable oil, higher fatty acid or ester, higher alcohol, silicon oil, etc. may be cited as the oily component. An amount of the oily component blended is preferably 5-25wt% in the product. |
