PURPOSE:To select a desired hue and to perform printing and polychromatic printing without changing developing devices by arranging plural toner boxes containing magnetic toner particles of different hues at the outer periphery of a photosensitive body, and opening the shutter of a desired toner box and supplying magnetic toner to the outer periphery of the photosensitive drum. CONSTITUTION:Printing operation is performed in the process of one turn of the photosensitive drum 5. An electrostatically charged layer is formed around the photosensitive drum 5 by an electrostatic charger 9 firstly, and irradiated with a laser light beam 7 from a light source part 8 to form an electrostatic latent image, and magnetic toner is supplied from one of the toner boxes 10-12. Then, the magnetic toner is adhered to the outer periphery of the photosensitive drum 5 securely with the air pressure of an air supply nozzle 13 to develop the electrostatic latent image, and the toner image on the photosensitive drum 5 is transferred by a transfer charger 17 to a form 20 supplied from a cassette case 19; and the image is fixed by a fixing roller 18 and the form 20 is discharged. On the other hand, the electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive drum 5 is erased with light from a lamp 15 and residual toner on the photosensitive drum 5 is removed by a cleaning unit 16. |
