PURPOSE:To obtain an interior finish material wherein its molding does not warp, easy demounting from metal molds and has excellent design effect, by installing the both ends of a printing surface of a vinyl chloride molding to the metal molds, applying the surface with ink containing a foaming agent and by foaming bubbles while holding the metal molds at a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:With a vinyl chloride molding 1, the printing surface 4 is exposed, and the both ends are held between metal molds 3 provided with conduits 2 for heating and cooling and installed. A pattern is printed on the printing surface 4 by means of a gravure offset press with ink 5 containing a foaming agent and ink 6 not containing the foaming agent, and the surface is dried and top-coated with ultraviolet rays hardening type printing ink. The metal molds are let pass into a dryer with 200-250 deg.C for one-three minutes while maintaining the temperature of the metal molds 3 at 50-100 deg.C by circulating a thermal medium to the conduits 2, the surface applied with the ink 5 containing the foaming agnet is foamed, to form convex portions, and ultraviolet rays are irradiated, thus perfectly hardening the top coats 8 of the ultraviolet rays hardening type ink 7. |
