<p>PURPOSE:To remove a load which is exerted to a recording paper before arrival of the paper at a recording section, by releasing the topmost one of papers stacked in a recording paper supply device and fed therefrom, from the press- contact condition of the paper against a paper feed roller when the topmost paper reaches a recording section. CONSTITUTION:When a recording paper 2 fed from a recording paper supply device reaches its recording position, a solenoid 7 is energized to remove the press- contact force exerted to a paper feed roller 1. That is, a bottom plate 6 coupled to the solenoid 7 by means of a wire 8 is moved by the drive force of the solenoid 7, overcoming the force of a spring 4 such that the topmost one of recording papers 2 is released from the press-contact condition thereof against the paper feed roller 2. Therefore, since the press-contact condition of the topmost paper 2 may be released, a load which is exerted to the recording paper during recording operation may be reduced, and therefore, the conveyance of recording papers may be carried out with a high degree of accuracy.</p> |
