PURPOSE:To remove the turbulence of a circular pitch line of a padding cloth and prevent the generation of distortion, by a method wherein the padding cloth, which was weaved warp of longitudinal direction being constrained by weft of width direction, is formed to the ring belt type, and it is pressurized and heated, sheet of unvalcanized gum or thermoplastic resin being provided. CONSTITUTION:Each of two wefts 112a, 112b are inserted confronting at the same time from both lug side separatedly against warps 111a-111n, and are tightened pulling to the inserting direction. Each of wefts 112a, 112b are positioned mutually changing inserting direction in the weaving direction W. Next, the padding cloth 110 is formed to the endless ring belt type matching to the dimension of an endless carrier 11. Unvulcanized gum sheet or thermoplastic resin sheet 80 is wound on the surface of torus type protruding part 52a of the inner mold 52, and the padding cloth 110 is placed on it, and the sheet 80 is wound further on it. Subsequently, when it is pressurized and heated sheet 80 becomes fluiding condition, and sticks to the padding cloth 110 and a protecting layer is formed. |
