PURPOSE:To provide a photosensitive body with which a two-color copy is obtd. with one time of exposure by using As2Se3 in which the concn. of As is made lower than the concn. thereof in As2Se3 near the layer boundary on the side opposite to a base body as an essential component to form the 1st photoconductive layer having the sensitivity different from color light and providing an intermediate layer and the 2nd photoconductive layer on the boundary surface. CONSTITUTION:As2Se3 is deposited by vacuum evaporation on the conductive base body, more particularly the base body 1 made of a metal subjected to electroless Ni plating, glass, heat resistant plastic, etc. and Se-As having 20-35wt% concn. of As is simultaneously deposited by vacuum evaporation thereon in the second half of the vapor deposition to form the 1st photoconductive layer 2 provided with the inclination such as to have the concn. As lower than the concn. of As of the As2Se3. The 2nd photoconductive layer 3 is then constituted with the photosemiconductor having sensitivity with red light via the intermediate layer 3 dissolved or dispersed with a blue dye or pigment which cuts, for example, red light. The different polarities are thus developed with toners 6, 7 of different colors by one time of exposure of the image 5, by which the two-color image is obtd. |
