1. Adjustable neckband collar with on one side a fixed buttonhole and on the other side an edge (8) with a mobile button (7) adjusted by means of an elastic band (3) placed into the neckband. This elastic band is fixed at one end and extendable at the other by a non-elastic band (5) with a household eyelet (6) to enable the length of non-elastic band (5) with the button (7) to pass outside the neckband. This collar is characterized in that it is fitted with a second eyelet (6') parallel to the aforementioned eyelet (6) at a distance not greater than the button width (7). The extension (5A) of the non-elastic band (5) is sufficient to enable this non-elastic band (5) to come out of the aforementioned eyelet (6) and back into the neckband through the second eyelet (6'), extending to be secured by its free end either to itself or to the elastic band (3). The button (7) is secured to the part of the non-elastic band (5) which passes between the two eyelets (6, 6') when the collar is open.
