PURPOSE:To realize the pneumatic feeding of powder materials free from clogging by controlling the feeding amount of auxiliary gas according to the detection value of the increase of pressure which is generated in the front part of the powder clogging part in a transport pipe when powder material is sent by introducing auxiliary gas into a power transport pipe from a auxiliary conduit from the intermediate part of the transport pipe. CONSTITUTION:The powder-material fed into a pressurized tank 4 by a hopper 7 is mixed with the carrier gas introduced into a mixer 3 through a feeding pipe 5 from a gaseous power source 6, and the mixture is sent under pressure in a transport pipe 1. An auxiliary conduit 20 for feeding auxiliary gas from another gaseous power source 6a is connected in parallel to the transport pipe 1. A plurality of auxiliary pipe bodies 21 are arranged in a prescribed pipe range (inside-pressure detecting pipe range 21 for transport pipe) in the direction of flow of material in the transport pipe 1, and the internal pressure of the auxiliary pipe body 21a can be detected by a pressure detector 23. A flow-rate control valve 24 is controlled according to the pressure detection value, and the clogging of the powder material in the transport pipe 1 is dissolved by adjusting the flow rate of the auxiliary gas supplied into a plurality of distribution pipes 36 through a distributor 35. |
