PURPOSE:To enable water development with high sensitivity and use of aq. ink by coating a plastic fiom with a photosensitive resin compsn., and coating it with another photosensitive resin compsn. contg. a photo-crosslinkable PVA in a specified thickness or more. CONSTITUTION:The plastic film is coated with the photosensitive resin compsn. A, and this is coated with another photosensitive resin compsn. B contg. a film- forming polymer and photo-crosslinkable PVA contg. at least one kind of photo- crosslinkable structural units selected from formulae I -III as partial units, in a thickness of at least 0.1mum. A preferable mixing proportion of the polymer or copolymer:the unsatd. compd.:a photopolymn. initiator in the resin compsn. A is (30-90):(70-10):(0.01-10) parts by weight. A preferable mixing ratio of the film- forming resin to the photo-crosslinkable PVA in the resin compsn. B is 100:(10- 200) parts by weight.
