PURPOSE:To obtain picked-up pictures of good contrast by providing a back screen on a part of a wing of a paddle and selecting an area before the back screen as the image pickup area to pick up pictures. CONSTITUTION:A camera box 40 provided with a TV camera 4 internally is constituted airtightly so that water does not penetrate it from the external part, and light is received through a glass plate 20. Back screens 20, 21, and 22 which have an area larger than the photographic visual field of the TV camera 4 and have surfaces painted black are attached to the outside peripheral part of a wing 32 of a paddle 2C attached in the lengthwise direction of a flock forming reservoir 1C so that these back screens are placed in the photographic visual field of the TV camera 4. Thus, flocks (omitted in the figure) in the photograhic visual field rise in black by back screens to obtain a good contrast. |
