PURPOSE:To straighten the defective shape of a straightening material by crowning by having more than 2 pieces of deflector rolls and by making the deflector roll a crowing at the end of a part of the opposite position each other. CONSTITUTION:The roll arrangement is made that each one piece of a deflector roll 10 and 11 is arranged at the inside and outside of a work roll 9 and deflector rolls 10, 11 are arranged at the opposite side to the work roll 9 with pinching a material 1 of which shape is to be straightened. A crowing 10' is subjected to the end of one pat of the deflector roll 10 and crowing 11' is subjected to the end of the deflector roll 11 opposite to that of the deflector roll 10. In case of the material 1 of which shape to be corrected passing through the reflector rolls 10, 11 via the work roll 9, the defective shape of the straightening material 1 is straightened by the crowing 10', 11' provided at the end part. |
