According to this addition, the complementary arrangement comprises a mobile seat 1 which may be connected at a distance to the device for suction, disintegration by centrifuging and discharge 10 of the main patent by means of pipework 9 connected in a removable manner to the flexible pipe 5, while the water-distributing pipework 8 is connected to the mobile seat 1 by means of the flexible pipe 4. Means allowing quick coupling and uncoupling may be placed contiguously or otherwise to the connection points 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the flexible pipes 4 and 5. The operation of the device 10 is controlled by the switch 11 placed in close proximity to the mobile seat 1. This mobile seat may be, equally well, a pierced seat or a tray-basin, and a plurality of mobile seats may be connected to a single suction and discharge device 10.
