PURPOSE:To obtain a product with low heat deterioration and good quality by a method wherein a cylindrical or conical rotor is attached to an end portion of a centrifugal membrane type stirring blade in a manner adjacent to a stirring blade and a stay time under a high temperature is shortened to a large extent. CONSTITUTION:The content is entered into an upper portion of a removing apparatus 11 from an inlet nozzle 19 and pushed in a gap 24 between a conical surface 16a of a rotor 16 and an inner wall of a main body. Herein, the said content receives the shearing action generated by the rotation of a rotor 16 and the temperature is raised as well as the viscosity is lowered, thereafter reached to a lower end of a conical surface 16a of a rotor 16. Then, the content is directly led to an upper portion of a stirring blade 17 without staying and, in a membrane form, moved downwardly while a volatile substance is evaporated and separated, thereafter taken out as a product to the outside of a system through an outlet nozzle 20 by a take-out screw 18. On the other hand, a volatile substance evaporated and separated by a stirring blade 17 is led to the outside of a system from an outlet nozzle 21 for a volatile substance and recovered. |
