PURPOSE:To form a nozzle in a small size without causing a decrease of strength and permit the nozzle to be applied to a small internal-combustion engine, by using an oil path, provided between a selector valve and an oil reservoir chamber, both as an oil path for injection fuel and an oil path for cooling fuel, in the case of the nozzle using the fuel oil as cooling fluid. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle, when it performs no injection of fuel by closing jets 7 by a nozzle needle 6, places a spool 22 in a selector valve 15 in a condition that the spool 22 is moved to the left side by a spring 23. Accordingly, fuel from a cooling fuel pump circulates flowing in a cooling fuel inlet 18, annular groove 22a of the spool 22, the first oil path 17, oil reservoir chamber 8, the second oil path 19, valve chamber 21 and a cooling fuel outlet 20. While the spool 22, if fuel from a fuel injection pump is forced to be fed by pressure, moves to the rigt side against the spring 23. Accordingly, the fuel is allowed to flow into an injection fuel inlet 16, valve chamber 21, the first oil path 17, oil reservoir chamber 8 and the second oil path 19. And the nozzle, lifting the nozzle needle 6 against a spring 14, injects the fuel from the jet 7. |
