PURPOSE:To store and liberate revolution energy free from loss by executing said operation by shifting inertial weights in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:When a driven shaft 15 is to be applied with brake, inertial weights 8a and 8b are shifted outside by a electric motor, and the revolution energy of the driven shaft 15 is absorbed as the increase of the speed energy of the inertial weights 8a and 8b, and when the inertial weights 8a and 8b reach the outermost-side edge, a clutch 14 installed onto an input/output shaft 13 is cut off, and the driven shaft 15 is decelerated or stopped by a frictional brake, etc. When the driven shaft 15 is to be reaccelerated, the clutch 14 is turned ON, and the inertial weights 8a and 8b are shifted inside to increase the revolution speed of a rotary frame 1, and when the inertial weights 8a and 8b reach the innermost side of a screw rod, all the stored energy is liberated. Therefore, the storage and liberation of revolution energy can be effectively performed free from loss. |
