PURPOSE:To prevent molding defect such as seizure generated at the rib part of a molded product, in clamping a movable mold and a fixed mold to each other, by positively exhausting air filling a rib hole to the open air. CONSTITUTION:When a movable mold 13 is clamped together to a fixed mold 1, the molding protruded part formed to the fixed mold 1 is embedded in the molding recessed part 13 formed to the movable mold 11. By this constitution, the molding surface 13 a of the movable mold 11 is contacted with a molding material M and, as pressure is applied, the molding material M is softened and begins to flow. At this time, a part of the molding material M flows to be flowed in a rib hole 5 but a cylinder 8 is operated to retract a movable pin 7 and a first piercing hole 6 is communicated with a second piercing hole 9 and air filling the rib hole 5 is exhausted to the open air through the second piercing hole 9 by operating a vacuum pump 10. Because air does not remain in the rib hole at the time of compression molding, the molding defect such as seizure generated at the rib part of a molded product can be completely sliminated. |
